Once a shy introvert who dismissed yoga as “just stretching,” Khushboo’s journey has evolved into a lifelong path of self-acceptance, growth, and healing. Living in Bali in 2018 for her photography career unexpectedly deepened her practice and led her to teacher training, where she discovered a passion for sharing yoga’s wisdom. Now a trauma-informed practitioner specializing in mindful vinyasa, prenatal/postnatal, and yin yoga, she creates inclusive spaces that nurture nervous system regulation and deep self-connection, drawing from studies with renowned teachers from Bali, Thailand & USA. With experience across private, group, online, and offline settings, Khushboo’s teaching emphasizes presence, curiosity and compassion - guiding students through intentional movement, breath, and stillness to cultivate awareness, gratitude, and healing from within.

Maina’s Pilates journey began with scoliosis but grew into something far beyond pain relief—it gave her strength, confidence, and a deep respect for the body’s potential, inspiring her to share this practice with others. Trained at BodyTree Academy in Singapore and later with BASI Pilates under esteemed mentors, she developed a teaching style that is precise, creative, and empathetic. After pausing to embrace motherhood, she returns with renewed purpose, bringing patience and presence into her classes. For Maina, Pilates is empowerment - an invitation to move mindfully, build strength, and discover connection. Through group and private sessions, she creates joyful yet challenging experiences where every movement fosters awareness, resilience, and inner balance.
